Cannot Log In at Creative Rewards page

I have purchased the name in game $50 pack from ludeon website. Payment has cleared and i am able to download the game.

BUT i when i registered at rimworld creative to complete the name in game process, it kept telling me incorrect login and giving me DOZENS of captcha codes, none of which were ever accepted.

Please let me know what i should do to access the rimworld creative site to complete the name in game process. thank you.
