Followed MUFC, for roughly 25 yrs now. After 26 incredible years, we are back in the middle of the packish..
so now it's harder to watch but a little more rewarding 

As far as American Football, I follow the Niners, cause they are a Bay Area team, and I'm local to the area.

The term Football is all over the place. Used in European Rugby, Australian Rugby, Australian Footy, American Football, obviously in Futbol(soccer)..I have come to accept it in a general way I suppose.

My loyalties lie with a third division german local team (last champion of the GDR) and a 6th tier even smaller one (home of Toni Kroos).

As for NFL football, I try every year to get to see some games but... it's not my kind of viewing pleasure. NCAA is more my taste but I never get the conferences straight.
