As you may know, at the start of every Rimworld game you start it says your ship was destroyed. What I was thinking that there could be little pieces of intel on the ground and some times (%20 chance of it happening?) raiders would drop it. There could be 10 fragments you must find then you must hook it up a computer (new item you have to research?) and then there would be a video, a security camera footage showing you what happened and how it happened. The items might take a bit of time to get the art right but I think the camera would have a bird's eye view like in-game.
