How do you build prosthetics?

Exactly what it says on the tin.

Can we build them? Or are we dammed to wait and have the cash to purchase them from trading ships?

What about medicine? Can it be manufactured in the colony?

Sort of. You can make wooden peg legs yourself but for the more advanced stuff you have to wait. You can also take hearts and lungs and the like from prisoners or other colonists and probably install them into your colonists. (I say probably because I haven't tried using harvested stuff)

No you can't manufacture medicine

It feels odd not being able to build either prosthetics or medicine. I mean, we can research and build an interstellar spaceship but not that? :/

I guess it will come in future versions or with mods

Speaking of which, is there a mod that allows you to build prosthetics?

Although I'm certain other mods will be offering this as well, having the ability to build your own prosthetics after doing some heavy-duty research is something I want to add to my mods, along with a method (probably through added herbal crops) to produce your own medkits without having to wait on traders.

I'll be taking some days to enjoy A7 and then see what I can come up with!
