issues with stavation/food

Hi,

first of all i'm loving the game, 1 issue i seem to keep getting is the people refuse to eat the nutrient paste

the food is grown but then they complain of eating raw food ??

getting confused whats going on... any help

Is your nutrient paste disspenser powered? Is the building that it is in powered? Good job with figuring it out!

One issue that can happen if your stocked food runs out; if your colonists are super hungry, they will eat any food they harvest right away - instead of stockingpiling it (nutrient paste will be made from the food in stock, it can't be made from raw food in a colonists hands)

I would check the power to the dispenser as had been said.  Otherwise tell your guys to harvest agave and berries and they will eat those.

Not that they like the change in diet.  I can't wait till we have other foodstuff so these guys don't complain so much about having to eat nutrient paste.

Ahh i didn't realise this, yes the food had run out my plants hadnt finished there growth cycle, i thought the nutrient paste was just made if powered, this make sense now,thanks
