Operation Bug

Hello.

I recently went to harvest one of my prisoner's right kidneys. When the doctor went to get him for the operation, he put him under anesthetic and took him to a colonist-marked medical bed. When the prisoner was "put" on the bed, it failed. The doctor is just standing there and the prisoner is unable to get in the bed. It is also making a weird repeating sound. I attached a picture of the incident.
