Can't create wiki account?

If this is the wrong place for this, forgive me and point me to the right spot.

Basically, I'm trying to make a wiki account to update some of the pages, but can't create one. It says to choose the cat pictures, but no cat pictures load. I've tried it on several different browsers - anyone else having this issue or know of a workaround?
