Secondary weapons and grenades

Suggestion: Make grenades, moltovs, etc be secondary weapons and limit the amount someone can throw in a fight. Perhaps 2-3 every 3 minutes, so it limits you to 2-3 in a single fight.

This suggestion was prompted by frag grenades and moltovs being the most dangerous weapons in the game currently, and hostiles just levelling your whole base and obliterating anyone behind cover if they get in range. This is out of balance with other close range weapon choices such as the pump shotgun, who must also get to a similar range but cannot ignore and destroy all cover.

Or maybe just have walls and rock more resistant to frag grenades? I can understand sandbags being blown apart, but a metal wall should be able to take a beating. Then you can just have someone come repair the wall after the fight, but if you ignore the problem too long they'll eventually get through.
