Is anybody doing extreme cassandra normally?

I get challenge but not enough there is a point where you are going to die because you are not prepared and a huge raid in inevitably going to happing and you die or you get past that point and you are almost certainly going to live and build a ship and escape or have no challenge and go into dev mode and do your self in or just plain out start a new game I am going to try it on extreme challenge having done 4 games on the lower difficulty and just restarting having no challenge so therefore I am going to play on extreme.

Has anybody else come to this point?
