That's same texture from Immersive cook texture which is small. it's place holder.

Oh and it would be great if someone make police equipment like shield, helmet and bullet proof vest and etc.. I made baston but it looks like.. uhhh..

Edit : I used dispenser because it create nutrient out of only plants, basically tofu machine. I don't know if it should some thing more original(put bean in the water for a day and.. cook it and.. something something long process..)
