Modifications to the Medical System

     I am a big fan of medical dramas, such as Grey's Anatomy. I like everything about the system, except for when my level 3 medicine guy does a leg amputation on the floor in a prisoners cave covered in rubble and dirt with the same effect as doing it in a clean sterile OR with a nice expensive hospital bed. So basically what I'm saying is that there should be a "sterile" system. You shouldn't be able to operate in a cave without risking infection and other sorts of things. What would be nice is being able to make an OR and keep it sterile, with scrub rooms and the like to keep the surgeons clean. I do understand that makes it harder to start out with, and some people may not like the complexity. However if you put it in an optional mod, like the old Royal Beds and such, then that would eliminate these problems. I understand its a lot. All i ask is that you consider it.
