Thanks for the tip, with the soil I have I don't need the fertilizer pump (just the heaters & Sun lamp), but I am going to try getting a large stockpile of food (freeze) and hunt/trade for the rest if possible.

May even keep a few raiders on deep freeze in case it gets desperate.

if you can keep internal temps around 15C you'll find colonist should cope easily with heat and cold differences. Also buried victory meat lasts longer than bodies in the open air :3

Mechanoids are always scary, I would like an EMP launcher with the range of a sniper rifle so that EMPs actually have a use, as you have to be too close for the grenades.

If using human meat, I always store it in a freezer, that way it never goes off.

Good point about the temperatures, 15C is a nice middle ground for inside, but I prefer to be on the higher side to help when solar flairs hit and shut down your heaters.
