Reassign Occupation

Colonists' adult occupations often don't match their passions. And of course sometimes we have to give them priorities that don't match their passions either. Would be great if we could change their job title in the same way we can change their nickname. One of my colonists was a surgeon in adulthood, but his passion is construction and artistic. His actual medical skill is much lower than other colonists. It gets confusing, though, when he's inescapably labeled a surgeon.
