Dowload Attempts

I apologize if this has been asked elsewhere (I didn't see it, but you never know), but I recently received a new email for an updated version. However, I only have 3 downloads remaining; the same as for the last version. if you play that out, I would only get three more updates before I had "0 downloads" left. Is this a common problem or am I missing something obvious

They'll reset with each release.
