How to delete a existing colony from the map?I just played to test some mods on my main map and the game autosaved, now i cannot get rid of that colony, and cannot get back my landing spot :/

I am not sure you can, but a quick fix would be to remake the map using the same seed and size, and then reselect the same spot. The other faction locations will be different than your existing map, but, as far as i can tell, this doesn't really affect play, they will all visit / invade no matter what the distance.

You can recreate the world, you just need to find the world seed.

You can find it here:

Drive:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld\Worlds

Just open the appropriate world file in a text editor and near the top you will find the seedstring and the size of the world.

Then just create a new world with this information. Also be sure to check the exact colony location from the old world map before you delete it.

Would deleting the save file do anything here?

I believe not, at least not when I had a similar problem as the OP.

You'd have to find & remove the colony from the world file too.  This would be done using a text editor (or XML/Code editor if you prefer).  Just be very careful and make a backup first!
