[Lag] Smoothing rough floors

While smoothing a large couple of patches of rough limestone, granate, etc floors i noticed that the bigger the area the more i lagged the longest time was only about 10 seconds but i figured people with slower computers whould see worse performance lol it's something small but i feel like it is neccissary to adress

I can confirm this, my laptop isnt amazing at running rimworld whenever I smooth or mine a large area my game lags like crazy, dunno what could cause it
