[Mod Request] Bodypart Targetting

Would it be possible to dynamically set colonists to aim only at specific bodyparts like in fallout i.e. head, right leg, left hand et cetera. An accuracy debuff of say 50% of normal accuracy for the head and 66% for limbs. For extra credit, the ability to aim at their weapon to disarm them at 50% of normal accuracy would be amazing!
