MASSIVE STUTTERS OF GAME (year 3)

I have been playing on the same world for three in game years and now the game has started stuttering about every second, and lasts for 10 seconds after that. Its makes the game impossible to play. PLZ HELP!

If your game isn't modded it would be helpful if you could zip up and post your output log, world, and colony files, Tynan's been looking into late game performance issues. If it is a mod causing the issue removing the offending mod will likely make the save unplayable anyway.

i have figured out what it is its the plants changing from normal to the not growing stage, during cold snaps and winters.
