More building levels

Hi to every mod developer and modders. there is a mod that i want to have sadly it doesn't exist, i would create the mod myself if i knew what i was doing. the mod adds stories to the buildings, like a sky scrapper but not that high, around 3 stories to a building.

i would also like to have a tunneling system that allows me to make rooms and stuff underground (not the in the mountains) it would go down at least 2 levels like sub levels to a building.

it would also help if you create a key binding that allowed you to go up a level and down the different levels.

Sorry buddy, but as it stands that is impossible with the current engine.

Thank you anyway's, when possible will you try to create the mod. you don't have to of course i'm just requesting it mainly because i can only use a maximum map size of 300x300
