I will unmark feeding prisoners as well as warden and doctor yet my colonists still try to feed them and get stuck with food or nutrient paste in almost every movable spot they can get to.

Did you unmark the prisoner while the warden was already on his way with a prison meal?
Or does it just randomly happen?
