Make firefighting and hauling skills.

Firefighting shouldn't just be something everyone does - I mean, it should be. But colonists who do it more should get better at it, like everything else.

I also think hauling should be a skill, in that people who haul a lot should get faster at moving. This would allow us to chase down those last few jackass runners without breaking down walls.

For fire fighting.

Traits such as "afraid of fire" may be a more appropriate way to address this.

The effect of which is that if they have firefighting selected in the overview (and thus encounter fire) they rapidly loose happiness, but slightly gain fear, say -55 +5.

Another could be Former DCO (damage control officer). Reduces the chance of (undrafted) NPCs around him catching fire. Fights fire faster than others but never rushes to deal with fire, as such when acting to a firefighting task he never runs.
