So no i did not create any new mod i just took those and make it 1...

I merged everything and just ran the game... all texture etc should be there... but not fully tested... keep me posted when there is trouble.

Yes but still, a permission would have been nice, but since your not making money out of this i give you permission to include Industrial Rim1.0.0.
But you need to consult Cala13er when he update's the mod into 1.1.0 Alright?

Yeah Blackjack is right dude. Whilst what you have done is perfectly legal and all, just common courtesy to ask mod makers and such if you can redistribute their works I'd suggest getting in contact with the makers of these mods ASAP just to avoid any potential controversy

Would have been nice to know about this prior to you making it....
As a result, I now have a restriction placed on my Wood Economy mod about mod-pack inclusion.

I'm also wondering if the licence agreement my mod uses has been violated by this pack......
Upon further inspection, I'm fairly confident this does violate my mod's licence agreement. You might want to look into it: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/

Should probably mention that I have given permission for my mod to be included in this, I'm just not sure what the implications are regarding my mods licence agreement and this 'modpack', since it isn't so much a modpack but rather a modification of 3 individual mods.
