My initial Release with only 1 released feature right now :D

its an awesome AE-Sunlamp

Sunlamp Advanced
-> Big 3x3 Building
-> Cost: 150 Metal, 300 Silver
-> Power: 3400 on heat up, 1700 on full power
-> Range Circle with diameter of 40 Blocks (hugh!)
-> So hot that it's resistant to rain!
-> Different offline and online Texture
-> Sparkles on heat up :D
-> realtime lightgrow, its beautifull :D







Version 0.0.2
-> Bugfix: Now correctly working i alpha4

Version 0.0.3
-> Bugfix: Brightly lit now in the full area

That is a lot of code, did you make light from scratch in there ?
Damn, at this point i just woundnt be suprised if that lamp would also make a coffie :D

i have got to say that lamp is one that i haven't seen before

@iame6162013:  XD i don't even claim that i was able to draw this thing :D (do i need to link the source)
@Encode: I don't know how to make it even brighter ... i may could add an additional glower, but i'am worried about the performance. If you click the lamp you can see the radius its "lighting" up -> trees grow faster.

But guys what do you think about balance? Energy requirements and resources ok?

I checked the brightly lit area and all the plants inside the area are brightly lit, meaning: All plants inside the area are growing even if its dark night.
Did you give it some time to warm up?

Srenght of the light could be a little stronger to see it expansion more clearly.

I have the same problem with the lamp as above, can get to brightly lit, not sure if you added that to your code, did few tries in building and few in night outside ( effects looks amazing at night very good job:D).

Cost, cant say personaly i wouldnt use that lamp for crops since i prefer stacked hydrophonic and lamp is to big :D
But i would gladly for that cost put it on middle of colony square and turn it on and off :D

Since your current version is 0.0.3, and it presumably works in 4F, please update your title accordingly.
