A14B for Sendowl?

Is A14B exclusive to Steam? Was the non-steam release free of the event issue? Or is my SendOwl just derp because I don't think I have A14B yet in send Owl? Is it coming?

From what I gather from Tynan's blog, sendowl version is awaiting balance testing, but should be soon out.

Note: I haven't updated the DRM-free download yet, I'll do that when I'm a bit more certain the patch is still balanced.

Whats this balance thing I keep hearing about? Balance shamlance my pawns can take the heat send me all the imbalance you want Tynan! I'm a MAN! In all serious now thanks for the information that was fast and all while the website is falling apart around us. The website is sort of down right now on and off. And yeah it's fair that Tynan test it since it replaces A14 link.

Lol.... Everytime I boot up Rimworld and say this time 100% legit Vanilla run... 5 minutes later I am moving my chosen mods over to the mod folder, 60 mins later I'm like darn I'm out of steel!!! Dev mode spawn, spawn, spawn.... Okay I may not be that bad but yeah.
