If you arrest a refuge from a desperate refugee quest and then release him, once the quest ends said pawn will join your faction

Steps:

1 Get a refugee quest

2 Arrest one of them

3 immediately release him

4 the pawn will still show as a member of the refugee faction

5 wait for the quest to end

6 the pawn has joined your faction

the pawn i arrest in the save was fabia
the included save is a few hours before the refugees leaves

during the quest when you have to go to a tribal village to hack a terminal to gather information about a relic i arrested a tribal pawn, a message popped up saying that the tribals attacked me but they weren't

I was expecting for the tribals to start fighting me

steps :
1 : go to a woreshipful village quest in ideology
2 : arrest a enemy pawn
3 : if the arrest was succesful the other enemies will not react event though there is a message saying the opposite
