What file do I need to edit to remove the event of random Colonists joining my colony? I really can't stand it when they just pop in out of the blue, and are usually useless.

Can prisoners turn against you or anything? Maybe if you took one prisoner they would come back to get that specific person back?

Have you tested a game before its release? No, but I've done bug testing for Space Station 13.
Are you willing and able to record a video of your first playthrough so I can look at it? Yes, providing it can be recorded with Fraps or Bandicam, I would definitely record my first play through with or without commentary.
