Might be WAD, but I'm unsure on that so I thought it'd be good to share.

My main builder had the Creativity Inspiration and I was using it to build a Royal Marble Bed, I got raided about 75% of the way through it and they were downed in the fighting. When they got back up the inspiration wasn't listed anymore and the bed was a Normal quality. I tested it with the Dev console and it's persistent.

To recreate the bug: Down a colonist with Inspiration.

I'm pretty sure this should be mentioned to whoever made the mod which brings in children and cribs, from my understanding Base Rimworld doesn't have any of those features and I recall Tynan saying that they are not in the plans for future updates.

I was just on a tundra map being confused by how close lichen-covered dirt & rich soil are. I was thinking "nobody noticed how similar these looked while they were makin this!?", but I never once had a thought about changing it. Great job, we need more like you!
Before now, I assumed that the lichen was simply covering up the rich soil.

Thanks, this is gonna be really helpful when I'm trying to avoid marshy soil.

How about there being more consequences to injuries? I'm fine with being able to heal even devastating injuries completely, but I think it's ridiculous how it often takes less than a day. Even for serious stuff. Pawns should spend a significant number of days in the hospital for serious injuries (completely realistically it would take weeks, but that wouldn't play well). Medium injuries could require a few days in the hospital. Penalties from smaller injuries could also last longer. This would also make the differences between different treatment qualities more noticeable.
Even worse than the insane healing speed is how fast we can recover blood... I once watched my doctor save someone who took a bullet to the heart, and a ton of other wounds besides. Extreme bloodloss went to nothing in an hour.

A Dog Said doesn't conflict with any mod, I don't think. It does require a patch XML to use Improved Surgery, however.

*Edit: Alright I made some. I'm gonna make a list here of all the patches I've made so far with 3rd party download links for people who don't use Steam.

Improved Surgery Patches (A15c):

Improved Surgery for Expanded Prosthetics & Organ Engineering (EPOE) / (Non-Steam Link Here!)

Improved Surgery for Expanded Prosthetics & Organ Engineering (EPOE) with Realistic Medical System / (Non-Steam Link Here!)

Improved Surgery for Glitter Tech / (Non-Steam Link Here!)

Improved Surgery for Glitter Tech (No Surgery) / (Non-Steam Link Here!)

Improved Surgery for A Dog Said... / (Non-Steam Link Here!)

Improved Surgery for A Dog Said... (Lite) / (Non-Steam Link Here!)

Improved Surgery for A Dog Said... (No Crafting) / (Non-Steam Link Here!)

You can also find all of these on Github here if you prefer.
Thanks man, that is a huge help.

- Minor failures now have a small chance to cause an infection on the body part being operated on. Major failures have a higher chance.

I like to think of it as the doctor either sneezing on your open wound or spitting in it. Would certainly explain the social debuff...

Found a beautiful bug involving the recharge pods, namely that it's an insanely upgraded bed if you assign a colonist to it.

130% Immunity gain speed, 220% Rest? Hell yes, even if I doubt it's meant for meatbag use.

Does this mean we can fuck Colanders now?
Is this the only question you leave? "Can we fuck it?"

It will place an item at the surface about every two minutes.

Is this two minutes real-time? Meaning that it will vary by how fast I have the game running?

I'm probably misunderstanding a point, but does this work with Killface's Bisexuality mod? And if so, does it double the odds of a colonist being Bisexual?

I saw that you got the idea from him, but I wanted to make sure that they weren't going to stop each other or double up on me.

I would like to make a change to the poll, I wouldn't trade my family for the mod, I would sell their eyes, ears, and most of their limbs for it though.

Perhaps just use a post counter, for example if some user makes a high amount of posts in a short amount of time, they get flagged automatically as requiring moderator attention and don't get posted until the moderator verifies its not a spam bot. The same could be applied to multiple threads over a short period of time. Maybe even add something on that checks for high similarities between posts and lowers the post counter significantly based on that.
Or some way to flag them and let them keep posting, but give the mods an option to automatically take down all of their posts from the user page?
