IIRC this is without CCL so does that mean that it's compatible with A16 or do we need to wait for a patch until we can use this in the new alpha?

if you want slower construction speed you can make a scenario where the construction speed is lower
add 'stat multiplier' choose 'construction speed' and type in the multiplier (! rember number is in %, so 50 will be half the speed and 100 normal)
Now that you mention it that would solve it, I would however still like to find the mod so I can put my curiosity to rest.

Been looking up and down the mod forum and google but can't seem to find this specific mod. It's a mod that significantly slows down the construction speed making large bases take years to build instead of just one. Saw it a while ago and at the time it wasn't up to date with the latest alpha so never got around to trying it, anyone have a link to forum post?

Was it the switch to Unity 5 that caused such huge issues with updating your mods from A13->A14?

Any chance someone can post the compiled library to get this mod to work with A13? I saw the notes on how to do it myself but such a hassle to compile and change around in directories.
