I was wondering, is there any disadvantage to using a Buchering Spot instead of a full Butcher's Table, or similarly with a Stone Chipping Spot over a Stonecutter's Bench? I noticed definitively that the Researching Spot had a lower research speed modifier than a basic Researching Bench, but I did not immediately notice any disadvantages to some of the other primitive crafting spots.

Another new mod!

Very nice! Saves me from swapping work priorities around like crazy after a mechanoid raid!

Things that affect surgery itself:
...
- Light level

Actually, light levels do not affect surgery success chance.

Everything else you've got there is spot on, though (presuming Mental State to mean Consciousness).

Minor, minor issue: In the OP you have a typo "Quiet Weater" -- should be "Quiet Weather".

Hey just wanted to let you know: your manual download link for OSHA Compliance points us to the Github releases -- but that download only has the source available, no compiled .dll.

Cool and all, but...those bedrooms  :'(

And that research bench... outside! Research takes a huge penalty if outside!

Heck, even the TV is outside...

How do you do that?

Savegame editing, for one. Maybe Prepare Carefully could do it too.

Sterile is a boost to Impressiveness because of the formula used to calculate Impressiveness: http://rimworldwiki.com/wiki/Room_stats#Impressiveness

Cleanliness can have a fairly significant impact on Impressiveness. You can boost Wealth and Beauty using other methods, but the only way to boost Cleanliness is by Sterile Tile.

Oddly enough, I think Sterile Tiles might be the best flooring to use to boost Impressiveness, rather than carpet or anything else (except maybe Gold Tile but that's stupidly expensive).

Yep, RimFridge in the dining room is a nice way to avoid this problem.
