I've noticed that there are new line consistency issues in the XML files for the game. Some end with the ^M and others with a regular new line. Occasionally they'll revert back and forth. Can you please implement a process to clean up the new line characters in the build pipeline?

Actually, I did this with the psychic animal pulser item and it caused my visitors to become hostile to me.

Also confirmed a fully trained animal that was bonded to a drafted person and set to follow master when drafted, also attacked.

I recently had a few prisoners that kept breaking out, so I gave them peg legs and subsequently removed them. When I finally recruited them, I installed their new legs and they immediately had 'Unhappy nudity.' So, I dropped down a save, and did it to another colonist (removed both of their archotech legs) and then their pants disappeared. I figure that the pants are actually attached to the legs (instead of the waist) because I tried replacing his legs with the same archotech legs and the pants remained missing.
Replication steps:
Give someone pants
Operate on them to install peg legs on both legs.
Operate on them to remove the part.
*poof* Pants gone.

Bugs / [1.1.2551] Ground penetrating scanner finds deposits outside of buildable area

One of my pawns discovered a new patch of steel, but it seems that it was outside of the buildable area. It didn't get highlighted when selecting the scanner either. Would it be possible to restrict the range of discovered deposits to within (or at least one tile out) of the buildable areas? Also, I had a large deposit show up inside the area covered by a geothermal generator, thus I'd have to deconstruct it to mine it (not necessarily a bug, but would be nice to not have to deconstruct the generator, then mine, then reconstruct it).

Ideas / Sending a prisoner back to their faction counts as selling them into slavery

Do you think we could get this removed? I'd love to patch up an attacker, throw them in a drop pod, and get rid of them. I mean, you can send their dead bodies back to the faction and gain favor. 2 dead bodies gave me +10 favor, but if I send them one of their wounded back I get +10 as well -3 mood debuff.
