You have the wrong approach to fighting them.  Centipedes have enough of a charge-up time to shoot on any of their possible weapons that so long as you have enough weapons and ammo that can deal damage to them relative to their numbers, you can kill them without even getting hit by popping into their LOS, shooting at them with a snap shot, and then getting out of their LOS and waiting for them to move so their aiming fully resets.  A 3 tile deep V shaped wall fortification will let 2 characters get away with that just fine.  The real problem is if the game throws one at you before you have anything that can damage them.

Well on top of instant build times for everything related to MAI, MAI definitely doesn't work with Combat Realism so you can strike that one from your list.  She errors out with these every time the game tries to outfit her, which is really really often, and wanders around infinitely instead.

Happened to me.  I thought it was a compatibility issue with other mods at first but that wasn't the case - I generated a new world with only GT and Prepare Carefully enabled so I could have the cybernetics off of the bat and it still wouldn't let me add bills for them.

Looks like the update broke creating bills to install cybernetics/bionics that were added by GT.

Found the problem - the update to Vegetable Garden broke stacks of tofu that existed from before the update.  Deleted them from the save and now it's working fine.

After a workshop update for one of the mods yesterday, no idea which one, pawns now stand around instead of eating when hungry(they can still be forced to eat manually) and the game throws an error in the output.log for every instance of it happening.
