Help / Mod Conflicts Driving me Nuts

I've created what i thought was a nice sized mod list approximately 30 to 50 mods all of witch showed little to no conflicts, every time I attempt to generate a new world I hit and error that throws me back at the world generation request screen with the error log open. Below will be the log's link for those who can look it over and offer any advice. I have removed all of my faction mods as well as any mod that adds biomes or effects world Gen. I need help pinpointing what is going on and possibly fixing it, I am currently at around 18 mods in total trying to find what is blocking me from playing but I am at a loss as every mods I have shouldn't be effecting pawns or world gen.

If i could get any help that would be great, if you would like my full mod list and the current mod selection I am more than happy to provide it too you. although the log reporter has updated to show all active mods that were loaded and how long it took to load them in the log itself but I can still provide the full mod list in the order I have it arranged if necessary.

Mind you im slowly learning how to mod myself, but I get lost every time I look at all the subfolders and such for this mod, and all the included lines. I only wish to see this updated to rimworld 1.0, I did love this mod and it was very useful against raids or other such things like closing off certain rooms making them completely walled off. I would like to see Mechanical Defense updated for this task, you dont need to update every sub mod for the base version but the BASE mod will need to be updated for any others to work, as well as hopefully extended mechanical walls and embrasures.

Help / Faction Using weapons from another mod

My question is simple, Im creating a few new factions based on specific things, a few weapons mods i have installed fit these factions perfectly, as such i was wondering how to make those factions exclusively use the weapons from the mod, and in specific the certain weapons that fit the certain factions, for example lets say im making a russian ww2 faction, how to get them to use only weapons the russians had in ww2? the factions i am making and the weapon mod itself are two separate mods btw

Mods / Mod Request Aggressive Fallout Animals

My hope would be for someone to create a group of animals that have been afflicted by the toxic fallout that spawns on the map sometimes, something in the idea of metro 2033's mutated animals, make them aggressive and angry, like the nosalis and bear or even the librarian. the dark ones are not necessary since they are not aggressive and are more like a separate faction which while interesting to see inst necessary for this type of mod. Even something along the lines of the fallout games, their animals would be interesting to see. they could be rare but like the recent mod nightlings would be a vanilla friendly mod since toxic fallout exists
