The player is unable to equip all colonists with weapons, because the colonist incapable of violence will refuse the pick up the weapon.
Outcome:
This causes the player to get stuck unable to continue the tutorial.
Expected outcome:
Game should notice that one of the colonists won't pick up the weapon and either tell the player how to force it or continue on anyway.
Alternatively a colonist should not be able to generate being incapable of volience.
