Front Left Leg shot off twice

Title says it all. I sent a colonist to go hunt some of the local wildlife (squirrels, boars, tortises) and then I checked a tortises' health because for some reason that kind of stuff interests me when people are incapitated.

I don't know if the fact that I had a few mods installed would affect it but I think an error would've popped up in console if one of them affected it. Anyways, I'll still give the save+world if it helps. I also hadn't saved at that point, all I can provide is the earliest autosave I can dig up.

You'll need to provide a mod list, as it may be causing the abnormalities.
Hopefully, this is a mod related problem and not a vanilla issue.

That or Tynan added Some sort of FMA style Homonculi when we weren't looking.

Almost certainly caused by a mod then, as nobody else has ever reported this.
