Colonist Left Unburied (A12 bug?)

Despite my enthusiasm for cremation, my colonists insist that I have left a colonist unburied, with the pursuant -10 mood debuff.

I have not had a dead colonist for over an ingame year, and there are no bodies on the map. Any ideas why this might be or is anyone sharing my issue?

It's a bug which will be fixed in the hotfix which is coming up.
