Electric smelter gets no benefit from tool cabinet

So, in rim world an electric smelter is not a workbench, and gets no benefit from a tool cabinet. 

Interesting.

i've always considered it closest to a stove, no clue if that's accurate though, just what you'd think observing how it works to melt metal slag back into metal.
