Robbaz, swedish youtuber, does hilarious videos (check out his Sims3 an Prison Architect Vids)
I think RimWorld would be that kind of game he would have a lot fun with and be glad to share it :-)

Robbaz is freakin hilarious. Not for everyone, but damn. I think I started my channel just because of this guy.

I started to play PA and KSP because of him and at least reinstalled sims3 twice^^
The thing with him is.. he doesn't try to win a game or be at least good at it, he just does (dumb) stuff , trying to have fun with a game in unintended ways. That's why i love his videos, he's super creative with his ideas (lmao @ "Manly chubby men")
...allways an egg.

Scott is a very interesting idea.
The cool thing with getting him to do vids about RW is that you have usefull responses from his fanbase (i'm pretty sure about 99% of his fans are KerbalSpaceProgramm-players) so you can really get info about that target group.

This fanbase likes complex games where things can (and will) go terribly wrong.

I can imagine JefMajor giving Rimworld a thumbs up.

The gent only has about 60K subs however he is pretty forgiving of games with a lack of polish such as alpha protocol so I can see him giving what I assume to be a little buggy and/or contentless pre-alpha version of Rimworld a fair shake. He is also pretty varied with the games he plays he his channel with titles from Miner Wars and Alpha Protocol to the likes of Bridge It and DF.

I also find him pretty damn funny for example he once spent an episode of a letsplay of Silent Hunter 4 running over sail boats with his submarine.

EDIT: Arg! Someone suggested JefMajor Already!

While it may not seem like it's up his alley, you may want to give Gopher a try.
https://www.youtube.com/user/GophersVids

He's a big modder himself as well as an LP-er and after following him since the beginning I think he'd enjoy the Alpha. He's been doing quite a few plugs for KS games recently as well so it would tie in well.
Not to mention he has a loyal following of quite game-savvy fans who know their way around coding and graphic design.

Couldn't hurt to try anyway  ;)

I have to say, etalyx http://www.youtube.com/user/etalyx Has always been into the indie games and showing off cool games that he finds, i'm sure he would love an opportunity to show off this game.

As well jessieCox http://www.youtube.com/user/OMFGcata has his series, the greenlight for games going through greenlight. this show is hosted alongside indiestatik.

Mansen

I've already contacted everyone I could think of who'd be able and willing to do some exposure on Youtube. First thing I did after backing the project. :)

IdeaBoy

Suggestions plumphelmetplunk he has like 10k i think and then randomproduct has 7k subscribers and i'll tell about the game too.

Pheanox

You know, I just thought of another person.  Angry Joe has been well known to be supportive of kickstarters.  He did a review on FTL a while back if I recall correctly, and does vlogs on Kickstarter games he runs across.  And I think this is the sort of game that might get him interested, for the science fiction/western vibe.

Yup. That's exactly how I approach games as well. It's a lot of fun to see what you can do with the details.

Tynan

Robbaz asked for the game and I sent it to him.. so we'll see what horrible things he might do to it.

Everyone else - thanks for the suggestions and for independently mentioning us to people!
