Are you running Vanilla?
Up to date Driver wise?
Plus can we grab the outlog put by any chance?

my wild and wooly guess is that a path to a tree OR trees is wrong/broken in a mod, if this in a vanilla game, re-extract the entire game from the download, if modded, disable any mods that have trees/bushes in them and see if that helps, then re-enable individually the mods you just disabled, and test each one to locate which one is the problem, then try re-extracting the problem mod and test again
