Mod requst/is there a mod like this?

I'm looking for a mod that adds medical conditions and things.  Ex:
Allergies
Requirements
Symptoms
Abilities
Lineage/Family tree
Other.
I have been looking for a while (The whole board) and discovered that the moding community is relatively new.  Basically I couldn't find what I wanted.  Any help would be appreciated greatly.

Symptoms     symptoms? symptons of what?
Abilities       can be done.as far as i know no mods yet
Lineage/Family tree       a13 dude....

There are already symptons for diseases. When you get a certain disease you'll have reduced manipulation/moving/consciousness/etc
