Prisoners falling out of bed

My warden's stuck because the unconscious prisoners keep falling out of bed. The moment my warden places one in bed, the other instantly falls out.

Could you provide more specific details?  Screenshots?  Log file?  Mods used?  Game version?  Operating system?  etc?

The specific characters were Glittertech OC soldiers. They'd been getting into fights in prison. Not really sure about the other details, though. Kept on playing.

This thread is for unmodded RimWorld.  I haven't heard about this happening in vanilla RimWorld, so it's likely related to that mod (or another mod if you're running others).  You should post about this in the mods thread instead - you'll get better help there.

Also happens on unmodded game. Mostly after some surgical activities on prisoners, like installing a peg leg (seldom), or removing organs (more common). Does not happen every time.

I'll keep an eye on it should it happen again and file something more appropriate.
