Ship chunks missing from custom scenarios

I can't seem to find the ship chunks unless I edit one of the default scenarios. Am I missing something? Currently running "Firearm Names" and "Vein Miner" mods, but I don't think those have any effect.

Ship chunks are a part of the default "crashlanded" scenario. Other scenarios are simply more difficult, at least the tribal one is.
