Save files have mods on. I'm afraid I can only address non-modded games' bugs. Mods could be doing anything.

If you get a solid case without mods let me know. Otherwise consider reporting to the mod authors.

Make sure you're using the latest RimWorld (14e, build 1249).

If it's only caused by mods, post in the Mod Bugs subforum.
