So below you'll find an image showing the mods I thought might be fun for my upcoming New Game. What I'm hoping for is any feedback regarding load order, potential compatibility issues, mods that may not be necessary due to another mod in the list, suggestions regarding any mods I should not use or mods that I should use instead, and also: is this too many mods? Am I crazy? Here's my specs in case that matters in regards to the large mod list:

i5-2500K
8GB DDR3 RAM
Intel 520 Series SATA III MLC SSD
2x AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB (Reference models w/ Unlocked 6970-level shaders)

Thanks for reading, looking forward to hearing from you!

I'd try out Aristocat's Medical Complication Mod Pack instead of EPOE, ADogSaid and DESurgeries.
I personally find no use for RT Quantum Storage if I use Extended Storage.
Also go for Miniaturisation Overloaded instead of the others. It works a lot better and doesn't require an add-on patch to get the feature for every mod, as MO uses a master list that can be added to.

Not seeing anything else on that list that I could provide feedback on. Either I see no problems or haven't ever used some of those mods to tell you anything about it. :)

Have fun!

Definitely taking your advice across the board. I see the improvements of using Aristocat's Medical Complication Mod Pack over the 3 individual mods, and I get what you're saying about the storage mods. The last bit, it isn't clear because the download is named Miniaturisation_0.14.2.0, but it is in fact the Overloaded version. The creator should have named it accordingly I think but that's up to them. I think I'll mention it in their thread now though.

And please, keep 'em coming! Anybody else have some advice?

Aristocat's mod pack also includes a change to pawn behavior in regards to medical emergencies that's really nice. In vanilla, doctors will continue on with joy and sleep activities even if someone is hurt and needs their help. His change is that those doctors will prioritize treating people over anything! :)

Ah, I getcha 'bout Miniaturisation. It would indeed have been handier if he had renamed the filename.

P.S.: don't forget that awesome Firefoam Mortar mod that *cough*someone*cough* made! ;) :D
