Custom scenario trait % is bugged

Player starting characters have a 50% chance to start with trait: Hard worker.  It seems that this is actually 100% chance.  You can see the scenario here http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=736126865.

Sorry, your link leads to a page which is telling me you have either moved or deleted the scenario   :-\

Only in RimWorld is the phrase "31 Heavily-Armed Siegers are currently bombing your base" preferable to "50 manhunting squirrels are attacking your colony"

I think I can corroborate this, though. While making a scenario earlier I had a trait set to 100% but it only showed up maybe 50-75% of the time. o.o Definitely wasnt 100...

This bug should have been fixed for A15

Is anyone still experiencing this issue in A15? And if so can they please post a scenario file showcasing this issue, or reproduction steps. Thank you.

A user responded to my post with confirmation that this bug, or more likely a variant of it, was still present in A15c (0.15.1284). So I split that post to create a new bug thread, and will close this thread as a result. Here is a link to the new thread.
