Rimworld 15A cant click new colony button

I've recently installed a bunch a mods through the steam workshop and it started to stopped working(either too many mods or not loaded correctly). after this i reinstalled the game without the mods and now im not able to even press the new colony button. it gives me popup log so i dont know what to do.

i honestly dont understand why it doesnt work i tried to do a fresh install but it still keeps getting this message

It happens when a mod adds a mod component to a scenario, you save the scenario and you then remove the mod again.
