[A16 unstable branch] Time for colonists outside colony still 1x, when i play 3x

I sent my colonist in other colony with transport pod. Current tile movement time was 20h.
I continue playing inside my colony with 3x speed, day goes by, but time for colonist outside the colony still 16h and his food finishing very fast Maybe i don't understand what hours means in this case, but looks like bug.
