Cant call a faction after giving silver for goodwill.

After my negotiator gave 300 silver to a faction, the comms windows buttons became unresponsiv. After pressing ESC to be able to play onward i can no longer call the faction in question... (the negotiator will just walk to the comms and stand there unable to call the faction)


EDIT: Should mention that this seems to happen every time i give silver (for the first time in a game) to the faction on top of the list in the comms menu, no other faction is affected

EDIT(2): Now the same happens to the secound faction in the list, after giving 300 silver, and trying to do it again.
Recap, I am now unable to talk with 2/5 of the factions on the map, making this an awkward situation to be in when the colony is literally swimming in drugs...

Could you please post a savegame in this state?

And, just in general, please post savegames with all bug reports.

I just tried this and it worked fine.

1. Are you running with mods?

I had this happen to me as well, but it somehow resolved itself.  After giving silver when trying to contact the faction the pawn would move up the comm console with nothing happening (no pop-up).  I was still able to call pirates and interact with trade ships.

If it helps:
1)  I was playing the tribal start, Cassandra Extreme permadeath
2)  I am running a number of mods
3)  At some point yesterday I quit and I noticed a small update downloaded - it was very quick but I'm 95% sure it wasn't the game synching.  After that update I was able to contact them normally (~3 seasons has passed with this bug affecting me).

I couldn't reproduce it either, I think that it could be caused by mods detouring some methods with old versions of the comms console console, because there used to be a similar bug in A15 if I recall correctly.
