Can i "force" wounded colonists to hospital and medics to heal em?

After a battle its a mess to ficure out who is wounded and how badly. Most just go back to cooking and sleeping even tho their arm was just blown off.

And no matter what i set as priorities, medics also prefer to go to sleep after a battle rather then treat the wounded. I can manually force em but they run off after that again.

Is there a way to force anyone nearby to carry any downed colonist to a hospital, anyone wounded to go to the hospital too and if there is someone in the hospital, tell the moron medics to stop watching porn in the lounge and go do your job.

I have some mods. None that alter behaviours. I would gladly use a mod for this if there is any.

1) setting work priorities to manual and setting bed rest and patient to "1" will help make pawns go rest when injured.

2) looking at colonist tabs on top of the screen will show injured pawns.  You can select a pawn up there that is injured and right click a medical bed to select "rest until healed"

Manual:
select colonist -> r click on hospital bed -> rest until healed
select medic -> r click on wounded colonist -> prioritise treating X

Automatic:
Work -> manual priorities -> doctoring 1, bed rest 1, pacient 1

LOL @Limdood :)))

Even if i set priorities to 1, the medics still rather go to sleep then heal wounded dumdums.

Then set bed rest for the medics at a lower priority than doctoring (higher number).

I myself give 'patient' the highest priority (like other critical things as firefighting) so badly wounded pawns often go to the hospital rather than keep working.  But a number of 4-1 isn't fine grained enough... some critical job colonists also have prio 1 for their job (like doctors and my main cook). I have about a 100 man through 3 colonies in my savegame. But checking for wounded is a job I do manually (by checking for red signs in the top bar) after every major skirmish. It's just too darn important to leave it to the AI. For small things like a social fight, most of the time the patients will go to the hospital with not too long of a delay and a medic will patch them up before I checked their vitals.

For always having a medic present to do their job, you can put your medics on a rotational sleeping regime in the restrictions tab.

I have to admit I've never had this behavior in all my games.

Your medics are probably going to sleep because their work schedule is set to "sleep", or "anything" with their fatigue being very high, which is often the case after a long battle.  Forcing their schedule to "work" should prevent them from ignoring their patients in favor of rest.  I generally prefer to triage manually, though, just to make sure everyone is patched up properly.

And make sure good doctors sleep nearby the hospital so they are easy to call in on short notice (and won't run too far away if you don't keep an eye on them).
