Same old, I rarely play since it is from alpha 12, but I have it saved as a file on my laptop so I do pull it up occasionally. It's about 50 years in and we lost 2 colonists to age/disease combo. One was a good ol 80 and the other was 72.

In one of my earlier colonies, I managed to kidnap a faction leader. I made her (Lilith Luxembourg) suffer for what her pirates did to my colony. I made her life a personal hell. I heated her room up to 80 degrees Celsius during the winter, and -20 - -30 in the summer. I made her wear nothing, I made her stay in a room filled with animal feces and the bodies of her raiding party, which was her only food source. I harvested her eyes so that she'd roll around in her own feces blind to what she was doing. I made her sit through hours of my most inexperienced colonist using her as target practice (with a shoddy/awful derringer, wouldn't want to kill her.) and I made her watch as I executed each and every one of her fellow pirates in front of her (before the eyeball harvest.)
Eventually I sold her.
Lilith and her organs were sold separately, I charged extra for clothes and shipping, she also arrived with untreated bruises and a severe gash/bullet hole in her left leg

Gather around kids, its story telling time.
So im in my second BIG colony (heavily modded to be full medieval), and I decide to add a little roleplaying, you will have to use a little imagination to fill the little holes the game didnt allow me fill.

This colony is composed by ten people divided in two faimlies.
The father of one of the families is a too smart cannibal (I imagined him as a mixture between Hannibal Lecter and Tywin Lannister), no one knows he eats people, other of my colonist is a mute servant that does his dirty work for him. During the first year or so he had to sneak at night, unbury the corpses of raiders and eat them raw. But with time came wealth and with wealth the possibility of planification. We were in a mountainous area, so deep into the rock he made his bedroom with a secret passage (other colonies didnt went there with some area management) to a kitchen and a dungeon. In this dungeon people would lose everything, they were naked, regularly beaten, starved, mutilated and of course eaten, so far nothing out of the ordinary. But one day came a raid with a beatiful, young girl and she caught his heart. He made her prisoner, but he was the true prisioner, he would have friendly chats with her daily and seldom left the dungeon anymore, he even put a flower in her cell, right next to her sleeping spot. The relationship grew and got to the point were he felt he could ask anything and she felt he deserved everything, thats when he started "upgrading" her, little by little he turned that rough diamond into the crown jewel she could be. He took pieces and bits here and there, a leg, a hand, a tongue and theeth.

When she was perfect he asked her to live with him forever, and became a member of the colony, confined to his room she was dressed with the finest silks, surrounded by the most exquisit art and feed the most intricated delicacies for the rest of her days.
