[A16] Inaccurate French Translation

As a French native, the French translation of this game is weird

For example, straight from the beginning (before starting a new map), the Tooltip of peoples Age is showing weird symbols of string.format {0}, {1} etc..

But the worse part is that it is re transmitting WRONG informations, as people are biologically Aged of 3000 years + etc...

The French translation requires a massive Peer review overall IMO, to the point that as a French NATIVE, I prefer playing in English.
